My kitchen sink has been gradually draining slower and slower for the last 2 years to the point where I couldn’t run the water for more then 20 seconds before the water would start to back up. I contacted Chuck on Tuesday morning, he was quick to respond and was able to come out that afternoon to look at our sink. Chuck is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and to the point. He showed us exactly what the issue was and had all the equipment to clear the build up in our drain. We had been previously told that it was a vent issue and they had to drill a new hole out the back of the house and instal a new vent. Amen plumbing saved us so much money and the headache of having to replace the plumbing from the kitchen. I can not thank you enough. ~ Siraya B

We can't thank Chuck and Gary for helping us out to get our water back up and running! Over the course of a few days our water pressure tailed off drastically, to the point where upstairs we had no running water. My husband called them on a Friday to explain the situation, and Gary was at our house Saturday to look at the issue! He quickly diagnosed that our well pump had quit and needed to be replaced. I assumed we would probably have to wait to resolve everything on Monday, but nope! He went to get all the required materials and had us running water ( with superb pressure) by Saturday afternoon. We can't thank them enough for spending their Saturday working in the rain to get our issue fixed. Chuck was a godsend. My mom had a back flow into the house. Toilets running over and bath tub back flowing out of the drain when washing machine was draining. Being a Sunday, I was thinking it was going to be difficult finding a plumber. I called several plumbers. Some too busy, some not answering and some returning my call way later. Brittany called me back not long after I called Amen Plumbing and told me Chuck would be there shortly. Within 5 minutes upon arrival, he had diagnosed the problem and headed to his truck to get needed equipment. Not long after that, problem was solved. Price was reasonable for it being the weekend. We had water leaking out of our living room ceiling on a late Saturday evening. Originally, they had no openings, but then Brittany quickly called me when there was a cancellation that same night. Gary was amazing and helped calm my nerves so much(my husband was out of town and I was panicking). Gary then showed up early sun morning(I found out later that they normally don't work on sundays) and quickly fixed the problem. It ended up being that the a/c condensate line runs through the drain for my washer in the laundry room. The condesate had clogged the drain and water had backed up. They were amazing! Very nice and professional and excellent service! I cant say enough good things about them! Highly recommend them, especially Gary. Hopefully we won't have plumbing problems in the future, but if we do, we will definitely call them! ~ Lindsay G

I have a well, and I thought the pressure tank or the well pump had gone bad because there was no water pressure, only a small little stream of water coming from all the faucets. I contacted Amen Plumbing of Rock Hill SC and spoke with Brittany about getting someone to come out and give me a free estimate of the approximate cost to fix the problem. Within 20 minutes Chuck (I think I have the name right) from Amen Plumbing was at my house. He went under the house and came back out with a fully clogged sediment filter. He explained that was the problem. Amazingly, he was correct. I now have full water pressure—it’s wonderful. In my opinion, one of the worst nightmares is to wake up and realize your main sewer line is stopped up. No shower, no toilet and unable to use water.I I've had many years of difficulty finding a reliable plumber, before and after each service call. It took over 4 hours online to finally find a review that I thought sounded good enough to call and set up an appointment. I told Brittany the nature of my problem and she was able to work me today. I asked for Chuck since his name came up quite a bit in the reviews. Chuck and his assistant arrived at the time we agreed on. I video was done to find the problem. At this point, Chuck explained what needed to be done and the charge. I also had a few problems with the toilets that he fixed. Everything is back to normal. We’ve recently had lots of cold weather in my area and to my surprise when I got home, I discovered a plumbing leak. After a quick investigation there was no way to turn the water off short of going to the meter at the street. I immediately called plumbers to get on someone’s schedule to repair my leak. The first people I called were not nice on the phone to where I told them to cancel my request. I then called Amen (Brittany) who was very polite and professional. Chuck is the tech who was sent to my repair and has been fantastic. He is super knowledgeable and got me all fixed up! From the initial contact with Amen Plumbing until the final hand shake upon completion of the job....it was top notch....!! They turned our difficult situation into a well managed 2 day job. We needed to have a complete re-pipe of all our hot and cold supply lines....We chose Amen Plumbing for the monumental task. The owner came and did the estimate and some preliminary work the first day. He was onsite to introduced his crew....Gary and Nick....they got to work immediately. After being notified by our Utility Company that we had an excessive water leak, we contacted Amen Plumbing who came out immediately having been told we had an underground flood developing. We previously had several leaks inside the house which were repaired. Learning that we had faulty pipes installed when the house was built we knew this could continue to burst. When Amen Plumbing came in and said he would do the entire removal and install new pipes and not have to jack hammer we were so grateful. We found Chuck, the owner, an amazing young man with tremendous talent and working with clean skills. His sincere mission was to take us out of misery and that was a God sent. ~ Joan A

I had a job scheduled with another company...but felt they were over charging me...I literally prayed... got online and found Amen Plumbing. Chuck came over handled a pin hole leak...and I asked him to take a look at my planned job...he quoted me a price $1400 LESS than the quote I had. Chuck was very upfront and direct...friendly yet professional. He told me what parts of the job he thought I could do myself when I said money was an issue...it was this willingness to assist me that made me have him do the whole job. When he was done with the job...he left the extra materials for me for any future work that I might want to do myself. I called Chuck on a Friday afternoon about some leaks in our house that needed fixing after getting an insanely high quote from another plumber that morning. He got to our house in like 20 minutes and we showed him all the issues we had. As soon as we showed him each issue, he knew the solution, quoted a fair price, and didn't try to upsell us on anything. For example, the other guys said we needed a new shower valve for $800 since the shower wasn't getting hot enough. Chuck unscrewed the shower handle and made a small adjustment - all fixed. You can just tell he knows what he's doing and he does it well. We'll be calling him for any other future plumbing jobs! ~ Megan G

I had an early morning plumbing emergency that required the water to be shut off at my house. The local utilities company recommended Amen Plumbing which speaks volumes in my opinion. When I called for service, the phone was promptly answered and an estimated window of service was provided. During the window of service, I received a call that there was a delay. I appreciated the call. The technician, Nick, actually showed up during the initial window of service and got right to work. He provided options for my repairs that gave different price points. I had a sink that had chronic draining issues and one plumbing company said it was just the drain vent and charged me to replace it. This worked for about a day. I called Amen plumbing and Chuck was able to come out a few hours later. He used his camera to diagnose the real issue which was a pretty severe clog then used a unique high pressure snake tool to blow out the clog and flush the pipes all the way out to the drain where it leaves the house. Chuck then ran the camera down again to show me that the clog was now completely gone and my pipes looked brand new again!! The drain has been perfect ever since. Thank you Amen plumbing!! ~ Kevin B

I called Amen Plumbing regarding a toilet issue we had during a hectic week before our upcoming wedding. We had 8 family members staying with us and our downstairs bathroom decided to give up. We called and the owner arrived within 30 minutes of calling and fixed our toilet which was spewing water all over our down stairs. Completely repaired withing 45minutes from the initial call. He told us exactly what was wrong, gave us a free estimate and had exactly what he needed to fix it right then! We had a smooth weekend. We would highly recommend Amen Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. We had been dealing for years with the dura PEX pipe leaks as I'm sure many have because of the manufacturer defect of them. We decided we needed to replace the pipes and Amen Plumbing did just that for our home which is a 2 story 4 bedroom home with speed and efficiency. Everyone we talked to or met from Amen Plumbing was amazing from administration to Gary and Nick who came and replaced the pipes. My husband and I couldn't be happier! ~ Irene G

Definitely The Most Honest, efficient and Forthright Man. Highly affordable even refunded us $500. That he didn't use. Also put a spicket on the opposite side of the house at no charge. His Estimate was $2500.00 Les than the first plumber that came. The first plumber tried to charge us $600.00 to go under the crawlspace and never saw him go under the house. And did nothing . I called for a sewage issue that thought would cost a lot, but Chuck quickly realized that the issue could be resolved for free by the city. He even made the call to get someone to come out. I explained to him that I had a couple more issues while he was here and he was able to give me a quick estimate and save me hundreds of dollars. The guys were very fast, friendly, and helpful. They were able to come out same day almost every time we called them. They always explained what they were doing, were very personable, and didn’t charge unless they did work. They’ve helped us with water leaks, fixing the garbage disposal, a broken toilet, diagnosing a leak that turned out to be coming from our AC (no charge for the diagnosis!), and installing a new water heater. Had a last minute plumbing emergency today and forgive the pun, but Amen Plumbing was an absolute God-send. I originally had to schedule for Monday because they were busy, but the receptionist (who was so helpful!) texted not even an hour later to let me know they had freed up time this evening. Amen Plumbing came out within 2 hours of my call on Easter weekend when we had a house full of family and a main sewer line blockage and they stayed to 11pm to rectify the situation and save our weekend.
